I purchased both the Fundamentals of Newborn Photography e-book and the Newborn Posing Guide, and I have to say it has helped me so, so much!  I have done two newborn sessions since reading the guide and feel like the difference in sessions from before reading the guide to now is night and day!  I really am glad I purchased them together because they really do go hand in hand.  My favorite thing about the e-book is that it gives you the (pretty much) exact instructions on what you do at a session, and by just tweaking a few of the things I had been doing, my sessions are now going a lot more smoothly.

I purchased both the Fundamentals of Newborn Photography E-book and the Newborn posing guide, and I have to say it has helped me so, so much!  I have done two newborn sessions since reading the guide and feel like the difference in sessions from before reading the guide to now is night and day!  I really am glad I purchased them together because they really do go hand in hand.  I like to look at the posing guide before I go in to do a session.  The small details that you have outlined are really where I see the biggest difference in the photos.  Things like, ‘make sure both hands are showing’ and ‘try to get both feet to show’ makes the position look a lot more natural and pleasing in the photograph.  It needs to be the right circumstance to do a few of the poses, but the variety given in the guide is great because I can usually find something to do given the position the baby has settled into.
